so some people made fun of me for making an easter-themed gingerbread house... but other people make them too! evidence=kits i saw in various stores for spring/easter houses:

easter themed gingerbread house!

must say i'm really proud of how this one turned out.

notice the "Happy easter" sign, also the "nest" with a couple eggs in the back right corner, and the little baskets on either side of the door-- made those with reesees mini cups and pieces of peach gummy rings.

also, the light blue and yellow "stones" on the path are these pastel spring themed junior mints i found... not only they are adorable but i swear they taste better than the regular ones. and the hershey kisses around the border are milk chocolate filled with coconut creme, and then the striped are these orange creamsicle flavor-- pretty good.
